The solution
Our service is simple, easy to use and enables clients to
process bookkeeping jobs quickly and easily. Once we have
agreed the scope of the project including, budgets and delivery
timescales, the practice (or specialist third party scanning
organisation) scans source documents such as invoices, cash
receipts, cheque stubs, pay-ins slips, bank statements etc. and
sends them to IRIS OpenResourcing using the secure portal.
Our team of experienced bookkeepers based in Chennai, India
record line-by-line into the bookkeeping software (OpenBooks, Sage,
TAS, Quickbooks etc) from the scanned documents. Reports are
produced and sent to the practice for review. Following the review
any changes are made and the final working papers and Bookkeeping
database file is made available to the practice via the secure
portal. At the end of the year the IRIS OpenResourcing team will
produce the year end accounts.
