IRIS Staff Planning

Read the IRIS Staff Planning product sheet

Helping to plan your team’s work more efficiently and gives
instant visibility to all staff.

IRIS Staff Planning is a new addition to the IRIS Practice Management suite
that includes IRIS Time & Fees, IRIS AutoMail and IRIS Practice Management.

IRIS Staff Planning can be used standalone or as an integrated module with your
IRIS Practice Software.

IRIS Staff Planning integrates fully with IRIS Practice Software and compliments the workflow organisation and tracking tools that are currently available within IRIS Practice Management.

The system allows for greater visibility and allocation of jobs, by giving the planner a complete view of the entire workload for the business and the staff hours available to complete all the jobs.

Designed and implemented in consultation with IRIS customers, IRIS Staff Planning is easy to use. The on-screen view shows a list of staff members and their schedules mapped against the time available for the completion of the job. Using simple ‘drag and drop’, you can select jobs to occur within a specified time frame and allocate these across the workforce.

Each user can have access to their bookings via the Practice Planner or their bookings screen.

Minimal set up is required to start using IRIS Staff Planning when used in conjunction with
IRIS Practice Management - all the staff, clients and services you currently provide the client with are already populated.
