The easy way to start outsourcing with IRIS

If outsourcing some of your work sounds like the perfect solution for your practice, get started now with IRIS OpenResourcing.

Our regionally based field account managers and telephone based account executives will guide you through the outsourcing process to make it as straightforward and streamlined as possible.

3 simple steps to successful outsourcing

  • Detailed discussion and presentation - your account manager will discuss
in detail the process, requirements and expectations to ensure IRIS OpenResourcing meets the strategic needs of your firm. This can include a face-to-face meeting and/or a webinar (online presentation). We offer two types of service
  • Outsourcing - all documents scanned into a secure portal. Collected and worked on by our team in Chennai, and delivered on time back to the portal. 24/7 access to your jobs, scheduling and tracking
  • Insourcing - using secure virtual technology, our team in Chennai log into your system and complete the work. This method in effect lengthens your business day by 4.5hrs due to the time difference, and means your systems are being used in quiet times, therefore not disrupting your working day
  1. Agree a monthly commitment - after in depth discussion, you decide the type of ongoing service commitment you want to make. This can be 25 hours of resource from a pool of accountants, 50 hours where the resource is shared with one other firm or 100 hours from a dedicated named IRIS OpenResourcing employee
  • Phased build up - to give time to change working practices we allow for a steady increase in the outsourced work for up to 3 months. During this period you are charged a pro rata rate based on your agreed ongoing commitment

So take that first step today without obligation, and contact the IRIS account team.
